prodotto alla base della mia ricetta di oggi è davvero speciale: un couscous di

cimentarmi per una nuova ricetta dolce, ho sperimentato questa via di mezzo tra un
biscotto fragrante e una morbida brioche, con l’aroma fresco del limone e il
profumo delicato di latte fresco e senza l’utilizzo di uova. A differenza delle
tradizionali treccine siciliane, le ho preparate utilizzando il lievito per
dolci al posto del lievito di birra, ottenendo un impasto velocissimo ma altrettanto
gustoso ed ho abbinato alla vaniglia anche l’aroma fresco ed avvolgente del
limone.
